Hallstrom’s has been providing top quality floral, gifts and garden products for 120 years. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will cheerfully replace it or refund or adjust your purchase price, upon proof of purchase*, subject to the following Limited Warranties. All of our products available at the Downtown Floral Shoppe and Greenhouses are subject to availability.

Proof of purchase includes a receipt and the actual product. If the item is a gift and no receipt is available, in most cases the return will be accepted. However, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt.

Delivery is an important part of the whole experience of receiving flowers, plants and gifts. Hallstrom’s courteous drivers will deliver Monday through Saturday. Our delivery area includes:

Red Wing, Burnside, Welch, White Rock, Vasa, Goodhue, Frontenac, Wacouta, Lake City, Hager City, Diamond Bluff, Bay City, Ellsworth, Maiden Rock.

Orders placed by 10 a.m. will have a morning delivery and orders placed by 2 p.m. will have afternoon same day delivery.
